DO YOU PROVIDE THE CAKE?

Yes! We provide the cake, frostings, and all the toppings!

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?

Travel and setup are included within a 15-mile radius of the bakery  ($25 extra for every additional 10 miles)

 

WHAT’S YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?

We require a minimum 50% deposit book your event and the balance, along with cake, frosting and topping choices are required one week before your event.

 

CAN YOU CHARGE OUR GUESTS FOR THE CAKES, OR DO WE NEED TO BUY THEM UPFRONT?

Due to Maricopa County food safety laws, we are unable to sell cakes directly to consumers without a temporary mobile food permit. If you are interested in such an event, please email us at cr@simplycheyenne.com

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?

Once you have your venue booked, and know they accept outside vendors!

 We cannot book clients until they have a confirmed venue that explicitly allows outside vendors.

CAN YOU SET UP OUTSIDE?

Indoor setup is available all year; however, outdoor setup is only available from October to May for product and staff integrity.

ARE YOU CERTIFIED AND INSURED?

Yes! We carry a liability insurance policy and a general liability insurance policy and are registered with Maricopa County under the Cottage Law Program Certificate # 14896

​

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that some circumstances are beyond your control. However, deposits are non-refundable. Additionally, once the final payment is made, it cannot be refunded.
