DO YOU PROVIDE THE CAKE?
Yes! We provide the cake, frosting, and all the toppings!

DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
Only if it is outside of Maricopa County.
WHAT’S YOUR DEPOSIT POLICY?
We require a minimum 50% deposit to secure your event booking, with the balance, including cake, frosting, and topping choices, due one week before your event for the full cake cart service. For Cake Cart Kits, payment is due at the time of order.
CAN YOU CHARGE OUR GUESTS FOR THE CAKES, OR DO WE NEED TO BUY THEM UPFRONT?
We have our food caterers permit through Maricopa County and can sell cakes at vendor fairs and markets. If you are interested in such an event, please email us at cr@simplycheyenne.com

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK YOU?
Once you have your venue booked, and know they accept outside vendors!
We cannot book clients until they have a confirmed venue that explicitly allows outside vendors.

CAN YOU SET UP OUTSIDE?
Indoor setup is available all year; however, outdoor setup is only available from October to May for product and staff integrity.

ARE YOU CERTIFIED AND INSURED?
Yes! We carry a liability insurance policy and a general liability insurance policy, and have a food caterers permit with Maricopa County.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand that some circumstances are beyond your control. However, deposits are non-refundable. Additionally, once the final payment is made, it cannot be refunded.
